I must admit that I probably are a total beginner on Twitter itself, but maybe I can still manage to sort out some concepts and answer some questions anyway.

What is Twitter?
Twitter is usually called a “micro-blogging systems,” but that’s almost easier to see ahead of them if, instead saying that it’s more like Facebook status updates. Instead of a friends list, choose the person you wish to subscribe to and see where their tweets (A = a tweet on Twitter messages). These are, of course, to answer, or even self-publishing (forwarding) through a “Retweet.

How twittrar you?
There are several ways and a number of programs you can use the but first you need to make an account on twitter.com (do not forget to accept the email they send you). Then it’s just to run yesterday! There are several ways to send your tweets (yes, posts that is).
» Twitters website – Just log in and read-
» Mobile – There are two ways to twittra by phone. Do you have a fancy mobile phone, you can add programs to make sure you can follow your Twitter, but the easiest is to simply send an SMS. On the Twitter home page under Settings – Mobile, set it. (It will be that “We do not support Sending SMS to this number ‘and it just means that they can not send updates to you, you can send anyway.)
Updated: GetJar – Here are Snaptu and other free programs to use to have Twitter on your mobile, even for us who do not have very nice phones.
» External Programs – My personal favorite. Put a program on your computer that you follow everything in. I prefer TweetDeck in which you can also add facebook, send to Facebook, and also see the updates from there, that you do not have to log in on that side also.

Add Photos
Adding photos is not difficult at all. Do you use TweetDeck, simply drag the photo in the chat box and use your cell phone, you can email the photo (if you set up an email on your mobile, otherwise a gmail for regge tend to be easier to add in mobiles). Log in to Twitpic the same you have logged on as usual on Twitter and look at your specific address to mail to.

Interaction with other
(These three functions can be found by holding the cursor over your user picture in TweetDeck and most other programs)
» Mentions (mentioned) – When you answer or write to someone, or even to mention only some, those messages will appear in their threads and also controlled by an @ sign. For example, would you write to me so, type @ SweDuck and when can I see your posts even if I do not subscribe to your tweets. (The same feature is on Facebook)
» Instant messages – You can send a message to someone that only they can read but then you must either subscribe to each others’ tweets, type ‘be friends’ you could say. When you have such, you usually have an email about that too.
» Retweet (pass on) – If you want to pass on a message someone else posted, click Retweet. Your message will then intro RT. For example, I sent a nice link and you want to pass it on. You click Retweet and there will be type “RT @ SweDuck Check out this link”

Shorten links
Since you only have 140 characters in a tweet so, they are happy shorten links. Most programs (when you twittrar from the computer) does this automatically for you or is there a button next to the chat box which you can click and paste the address in order to shorten it up there.

Hashtaggar
A hashtagg marked with the symbol # and is a way to show interest or add your tweets to a specific list. A popular tag right now is # svpt which stands for “Swedes On Twitter” and all that follows the tag can then see your message. Using hashtaggar is a great way to find more friends people who follow your tweets.

More popular tags are:
# Svpt – As I mentioned above, the Swedes on Twitter
# Svblogg – When someone updated a Swedish blog often used this
# Photo – Our Swedish photo-enthusiasts happily use this
# Ffse – Stands for Follow Friday used to tip others about any funny twittrare to follow. # Ffse are our Swedish and # ff is more international.

Twitter – A kit Easy Guide

What is Twitter?
In short, we can say that it is as status updates on Facebook, where people can follow you, reply to messages, forwarding, and so on. Fixed more user friendly I would say.
Instead of “friends” so you can subscribe to any twitter feed you want, and need not accept it (unless they set the heightened security on the Twitter home page). It can be anything from friends and interesting people as you can with twitter, the firms / celebrities that inform about issues and often have many follow and can be a bit harder to get answers from.

How Twittrar you?
There are three basic ways:
1st Through Twitter website. Just sign in and leave.
Second On the computer through a program TweetDeck or twhirl .
Third of cell phone, either by browsing to the mobile Twitter site, or by any program. There are lots but Snaptu (available at GetJar.com ) is perhaps the easiest when it works on almost any reasonably modern mobiles. Do you have an iPhone, or mobile such fine, there is a plethora of programs to choose from. Just google your way to the right which you may like best, or pick one of those from GetJar.com .

What features and terms do I need to know?
Nagons_Namn – This is a “mention”, when someone mentions. It mentions can see this without subscribing to your specific posts.
RT Name – This is a retweet, or the transmission of a message.
D Name – A Direct Communication. No one else can see this except the sender and the one receiving it. Works only if both are subscribed to each other Twitter.
# Svpt – This is an example of a hashtagg. These are always indicated by the symbol # and is a kind of channel. Are you adding this, anyone who subscribes to the channel you have chosen to tag see what you wrote.

In fact, one of our most frequent requests from users is how They can find and follow the people They Are Connected to On Their social networks.

Today, we’re Improving our Find Friends section to make it Easier to find and follow the people you Already Know – your friends on Facebook and connections on LinkedIn – who use Twitter.
Also the app lets you post your Tweets to your Facebook profile and now, they are of your facebook pages too. With the application Tweets to LinkedIn , you can see Which of your LinkedIn connections are on Twitter and follow the ones you choose right from the app. Also the app lets you save your LinkedIn connections as a letter, post your Tweets to LinkedIn, and add your Twitter account to your LinkedIn profile.

Twitter is a company founded by Obvious, in existence since March 2006, a network of social and service offering micro-blogging allows you to send micro-entries (counting only up to a maximum 140 characters). Not only by the sending interface on Twitter, but also by a specially designed program called Twitterrific, via instant messaging , and even by SMS text messages.

Users can have their “circles of friends” who share their entries. They can also make available to anyone interested. Same can send alerts to friends like channels, which follows the addition of notes, ie including just by SMS (fortunately, there is the ability to disable the notifications during the night, incidentally, would not want to be found in the skin of a user of Twitter, which would have set in your profile, many active friends and forgot to turn off the notification options). In short, this is a way of informing the world “which is what I do.” Such exhibitionism 2.0.

The authors think Twitter, not only for users of Windows. Twitterrific This is not only available for Windows, Mac users can also use it. In turn, when it comes to instant messaging service from the level – supported the AIM network. Mac, LiveJournal and Jabber protocol.

It is possible also to integrate Twitter with the website by placing blocks in their proper sites. What’s more, there are also plug-ins to popular blogging scripts, you can use to connect a normal blog with Twitter.

The idea of short blogs quickly adopted, and the number of Twitter users is growing really rapidly. Well, after a few weeks of service there can be talk of a veritable phenomenon. Phenomenon, which became interested in, inter alia, the editors of the Wall Street Journal and Financial Times. It was said also that this is the greatest social phenomenon since the creation of the Internet sites Flickr and YouTube.

No wonder that, although the popularity of Twitter is currently the largest in the United States, also on the borders of the United States began to form his clones (in the U.S. alone, moreover, too). For example, in the spring of 2007, Poland entered a phase of testing two such sites – and Blip.pl Robisz.pl. Does “burn out”? How long will this fashion will remain “the wave”? Time will tell.
